Drove down from Oregon and got a nail in my tire. They were the nicest, most welcoming people I've met. They got it fixed up and got me back on the road free of charge. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at Diez Tire was kind and courteous. I took a tire in to have it patched but found out the sidewall was compromised so I had to have a new tire. They quickly got me a "C" class tire, which is what my van is rated for, and got it installed. They got me back on the road pronto. This isn't the first time I've been there and it won't be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My daughter originally suggested Diez Tire as she felt she had been treated very fairly and was not ever over charged. She is a single mom with 2 teenage girls and therefore 3 vehicles. I have also been extremely pleased with the staff, competence, prices, and efficiency. I highly recommend them and I use them for all my mechanical needs. Wonderful customer service!!! I made a terrible mistake and went to Sam’s to get a tire with a nail in it fixed. After 90 minutes, they told me it wasn’t fixable and asked if I wanted to buy a new tire. No! I went straight to Diez Tire and arrived just before they closed. Not only were they willing to help me at that time, they quickly fixed my tire, put it back on the car, and put my spare away. And they didn’t even charge me! I am now a customer for life! Thank you Diez Tire!!!

We have been coming to Diez for several years now for many needs: state inspections, oil changes, nails in tires, new tires, etc. Every time we come here we leave happy. The employees are all very nice and always helpful. I wish I could type out all the times Diez Tire has gone above and beyond but I can’t because it’s too many to count! Highly recommend this business.

This is a great company to go to for anything... oil tire rotation repairs. I went there to get my oil changed and they replaced a fuse for free. They’re always very helpful. I also had 4 new tires Put on and Derrick brought me home and offered to pick me back up to get my car.

Amazing customer service! I dropped off my vehicle late morning, and I asked them to please check my alignment, and they called back within an hour to say, "All good!" I told them that something had to be wrong. I had a vibration in my steering. They were extremely patient and immediately said, "We'll check it again now that we know the issue you're having ." They determined that I had a broken belt in my tire. They verified that the other tires were fine and gave me a price for one new tire. They mounted it and had it ready early in the afternoon. They kept me informed and never brought up the poor communication on my part, which no doubt created some inefficiencies in their daily operations. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services or just a reminder of what a great customer experience feels like! Thanks, Diez!

Always great service. But recently, my mom needed repairs before going out of town for a family emergency. The people here made sure her truck was fixed and ready quickly so she could leave ASAP. The care they took to get her vehicle ready in a timely fashion was outstanding.

They’re great! I took my car to them for repairs. They were so professional and kind. They did everything possible to repair my car. Not only that, they informed me that the problem was bigger than what they do at their shop. My sister and brother in law referred them to me. They didn’t charge me an arm and leg. I’m so thankful. I live in Baton Rouge and drive all the way to prairieville for ANY of my car needs because Diez is so wonderful! They are always very straightforward and I (a woman) never feel like I've been taken advantage of (like I do at other tire places that start with an M and rhyme with Davis). The people are great, the service is fast, and they are always reliable. One time I had to drop off my car and planned on just walking back to my family's home (who is in prairieville) and they offered to drive me home. Not many places will do this!

I have been in a few times with various issues, sent my daughter, my niece, and my girlfriend, and I have never had anything less than the best service. They are very professional and very curtesy. I know when they will give you the honest truth, and the best deal possible!

Unfortunately, I got a nail in one tire and a bolt in another from all the construction on Hwy 42. Contacted Diez Tire Company and they were able to get my specific tires and install them within a reasonable time. The customer service was professional and I would go back for more service. They also do inspection fairly quickly.

My husband and I found Diez by just driving by on our way home everyday and decided to try them out a few months ago. We've been here twice now for oil changes and we love it! They are quick and efficient. I can tell they are good honest people! Nothing is over priced and everyone there is so friendly! Definitely our go to auto place now!
